1. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
2. How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Standard Orders: 4–7 business days.

Express Orders: 2–4 business days (on request).

Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in select Delhi-NCR locations.
Personalized hampers may take 2–3 extra business days for processing.
3. Can I customize or personalize a hamper?
Absolutely! Many of our hampers can be customized with name engravings, personalized tags, or special product selections. Share your request with us while placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.
4. What if I want to create my own hamper?
You can reach out to us via WhatsApp/Email to curate a fully customized hamper. Our team will help you design it according to your theme, color preferences, and budget.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our hampers are handcrafted and often personalized, we follow a no return / no exchange policy.
Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Can I place bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we specialize in bulk gifting for baby showers, events, and corporate occasions. Reach out to us, and we’ll share customized options with special pricing.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS, so you can monitor its journey.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our hampers are beautifully curated and packaged with premium materials — ready to be gifted! You can also add a personalized message card at checkout.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available for select pin codes.
