Shipping Policy

At Voilà, we take great care to ensure that every gift reaches you beautifully packed and on time. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy for a smooth and delightful shopping experience.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Personalised or custom hampers (such as name-engraved items or made-to-order gift sets) may take 3-5 business days to process.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship across India.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (on request).
  • Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in select Delhi-NCR locations at an additional cost.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, location, and delivery speed selected.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment.


4. Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, or festive surges) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, our team will investigate with the courier partner and provide a resolution at the earliest.


6. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
