At Voilà, every product is curated with great care, often personalised and handcrafted to make your gifts truly unique. Because of this, we follow a strict no return / no exchange policy for reasons of preference or change of mind.

However, returns will be accepted in the following cases:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incomplete.
• Wrong Product Delivered: If an incorrect item has been shipped.

Important:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by calling our team with photos/videos of the delivered order as proof.
• Personalised, custom-made hampers or products with hygiene concerns (like baby clothing/accessories) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• For replacements, dispatch will be done within 5–7 business days after approval.
